(DCNF)—SiriusXM’s Megyn Kelly and Daily Wire’s Ben Shapiro clashed Monday on her podcast, after Shapiro said Kelly’s sources should publicly come forward with the information they have regarding the “Epstein Files.”
Public outcry over deceased pedophile Jeffrey Epstein reignited after the Department of Justice (DOJ) quietly released a memo saying the FBI found no evidence of a “client list” or foul play in his death. On “The Megyn Kelly Show,” Kelly and Shapiro discussed the backlash that Trump administration officials have faced over the matter. Kelly told Shapiro that her sources shared information that contradicts the DOJ’s findings.
“I have my own sources high up in law enforcement, let’s say, I’ll just go that far, who say that not only do we believe he was an agent, but we don’t believe he killed himself,” Kelly said.
“That’s fine,” Shapiro said. “They should come out and they should say that, and then they should say who’s covering that up.”
Following the DOJ memo, obtained first by Axios on July 6, questions began circulating about Epstein’s case. The FBI released over 10 hours of “raw and enhanced” footage from outside Epstein’s cell at the New York Metropolitan Correctional Center. Concerns, however, were raised about a missing minute of video.
During a press briefing Tuesday, reporters asked Attorney General Pam Bondi about the matter. She said the missing minute of video was due to the correctional center’s cameras resetting every night.
Officials declared that Epstein committed suicide in 2019. Even before the DOJ and FBI released the footage, Epstein’s brother Mark Epstein doubted that his brother killed himself. He later hired forensic pathologist Dr. Michael Baden. Baden told Fox News in 2019 that Epstein’s autopsy appeared more consistent with homicidal strangulation than suicidal hanging.
“OK, but Ben they can’t,” Kelly said. “I mean, there are a lot of people who say they can’t, right? They can’t because let’s look at what the administration is saying right now. They don’t want to be the one to cross Trump. But my position is, like, show us all the evidence so we can come to our own conclusions.”
Shapiro jumped in, saying that Trump administration officials like Bondi, FBI Director Kash Patel, and Deputy FBI Director Dan Bongino have released information publicly.
Shapiro said that if others want to push back, they “should provide evidence or at least put their names on it.” He said that no sources coming forward leaves the public “in the realm of pure speculation,” which he doesn’t believe is “useful.”
“Well, I think it’s very hard to say those people need to come out and put their names on these claims when they’re working for an administration, this one and the one before that didn’t want that to come out,” Kelly said. “You’re asking some to countermand the people they work for.”
Shapiro pushed back again, asking Kelly how he’s supposed to “falsify their claims” if the sources remain anonymous.
“You’re not,” Kelly pushed back. “But, look, Ben, you can’t come to me and say everybody I know says he killed himself. Then I respond saying, ‘I actually have my own sources who say he didn’t.’ And then you say, ‘Well, your sources are not valid because they won’t put their names on it.’”
The two continued to go back and forth about the validity of their respective sources. Kelly said Trump hasn’t “specifically” commented on Epstein’s death and that Vice President JD Vance previously called “for transparency” prior to taking office.
“Hold on, Megyn, I’m not saying you should name them. I’m saying they should name themselves because otherwise they are being complicit in one of the greatest cover ups in history,” Shapiro said.
“That’s easy for you to say, Ben,” Kelly said.
Shapiro asked why it would be “easy” for him to make such a statement.
“Because you’ll have your job, and you’ll have your millions when no matter what they think,” Kelly said.
“Megyn, give me a break. If somebody came out today and they were a whistleblower on the greatest scandal in the history of the American republic, it would make more money tomorrow than in their entire life working for the FBI,” Shapiro said.
In February Bondi vowed to release the files, advocating how the administration would be transparent on the case. She told Fox News’ Jesse Watters how the public would see “a lot of flight logs, a lot of names [and] a lot, a lot of information.” However, on Feb. 27, a group of conservative influencers were seen leaving the White House with binders labeled “Epstein Files: Phase One.”
While the information given to them by Bondi and the DOJ had been on a brief embargo, the public soon found out that the files handed over had little to no new information on Epstein.
Bondi later went on Fox News in March to tell host Sean Hannity how a “source” said more “evidence” had been “sitting” in the Southern District of New York.
Since the memo, some Republicans have called for Bondi to resign, but on Saturday President Donald Trump released a statement on Truth Social defending the attorney general.

Three Reasons a Coffee Gift Set From This Christian Company Is Perfect for Christmas
When you’re searching for a Christmas gift that’s meaningful, useful, and rooted in faith, you don’t want to settle for anything generic. This season is filled with noise — mass-produced products, last-minute picks, and trends that fade as quickly as they appear. But one gift stands apart because it blends genuine quality with a message that matters: a coffee gift set from Promised Grounds Coffee.
This small Christian-owned company has become a favorite among believers who want to support faith-driven businesses while giving friends and family something they’ll actually enjoy. Here are three reasons a Promised Grounds Coffee gift set may be the most thoughtful and impactful present you give this year.
1. It’s Truly Delicious Coffee
Too many “gift-worthy” coffees look beautiful in the package but disappoint when the cup is poured. Promised Grounds takes the opposite approach — exceptional taste first, thoughtful presentation second.
Their beans are sourced with care, roasted in small batches, and crafted to bring out a rich, smooth flavor profile that appeals to both casual drinkers and true coffee lovers. Whether someone enjoys bold, dark roasts or lighter, more delicate blends, every sip reflects quality that stands shoulder-to-shoulder with the biggest specialty brands.
Simply put: this coffee is good. Really good. Some say it’s absolutely fantastic. If you want a gift that won’t be re-gifted, ignored, or shoved in a cabinet, this is it.
2. It Spreads the Word While Serving a Real Purpose
There are many Christian gifts that are meaningful… but not exactly practical. There are also useful gifts that have nothing to do with faith. Promised Grounds Coffee bridges both worlds beautifully.
Each gift set delivers an encouraging, faith-centered message through its packaging and presentation — a simple but powerful reminder of God’s goodness during the Christmas season. The cups are especially popular and serve as a daily reminder of the blessings from our Lord. At the same time, the product itself is something people will actually use and appreciate every single day.
It’s a gift that uplifts the spirit and fills the mug. A gift that points loved ones toward Scripture while still being part of the normal rhythm of life. And in a culture that increasingly pushes faith to the margins, giving a gift that quietly but confidently honors Christ can make a deeper impact than you might expect.
3. It’s Affordable, Valuable, and Elegantly Presented
Many people want to give something meaningful without breaking their Christmas budget. Promised Grounds Coffee strikes that perfect balance — the sets look and feel premium, but the price remains accessible.
The packaging is classy, clean, and gift-ready, making it ideal for:
- Family members of all ages
- Co-workers or employees
- Church friends or small-group leaders
- Hosts, neighbors, and last-minute gift needs
It’s the kind of gift that feels more expensive than it is — and more thoughtful than most of what you’ll find on store shelves.
The Perfect Blend of Faith, Flavor, and Christmas Cheer
A coffee gift set from Promised Grounds Coffee checks every box: a gift that tastes amazing, conveys your faith, supports a Christian business, and brings daily enjoyment to the person who receives it. In a season when so many gifts are forgotten, this one stands out for all the right reasons.
If you want a Christmas present that reflects your values and delivers genuine joy, Promised Grounds Coffee is the perfect place to start.

Why take the word of an Israel First Jew defending a sex trafficker working for Israel?
Ben Shapiro is a P0S, quoting the presidential staff as if they aren’t trying to hide anything, but yet how Trump handled himself in that meeting says something different. We aren’t fools out here in La La Land. If it looks like a duck, quacks like a duck and loves water, then it is a GD DUCK. DUH !
Shapiro comes off like a religious zealot who when ask about life, quotes bible verses instead of telling stories about real life. In other words, when your information comes from those who need investigation because lies seem to be crawling out of the woodwork, you should consider them ALL SUSPECT UNTIL PROVEN OTHERWISE.
I trust Megyn Kelly far more than I ever did of Ben Shapiro. He’s a Pompous Ass and she has no problem calling out his BS to his face.
Benny the Beanie cannot be trusted. He is a liar.
Yup
Epstein files are far more than political control, they would expose secret science involving the Jasons, DARPA, dense plasma focus directed energy weapons, high magnetic torsion fields and gravity, research which Epstein directed money to and gleaned information from on behalf of Israel. This follows in the steps Robert Maxwell’s work of condensing scientific information (as well as other propaganda publications), both legitimate and misdirection to protect secret projects. Robert Maxwell is the father of Epstein’s partner Ghislaine Maxwell, who apparently followed in her father’s steps working for Mossad. They will protect this information at all costs, as a matter of national security, regardless of Epstein’s other criminal interests. All the other tangential discussion is misdirection to keep you off the trail.
I have to go with Kelly on this one. The reason is what Trump said trying to defend Bondi. Trumps whole demeanor shouted out, let’s not ask questions, let’s all believe this new story line because I’ve been instructed to drop the matter.
For me it was hard to watch Trump shuffle a bare faced lie.
Ben Shipiro is a card caring Zionist. Ben is also Jewish and has no choice but to tout the tribal line. Much like Mark Levin , when the tribe is in danger of being exposed they must jump to the Rhetoric and defend the lie.
Netanyahu’s three visits to the White House also are telling. Netanyahu’s concerns were beyond Iran and Gaza. Those two are done deals. The Epstein / Mossad honeypot entrapment operation is not. Israel has been caught with its hands down Americas pants. Americans, republicans , democrats, and especially MAGA want to know the details.
I agree with Shapiro. Either come forward and be quiet.
A jew protecting fellow jews… that’s all there is to this argument.
Shapiro is too sketchy for me. Between his company’s financial struggles, willingness to sell himself to the highest bidder, likely ties to the Mossad etc, I think everything he says about Epstein needs to be taken with a grain of salt.
The right has to remain wary of the fact that many of the biggest sites and most prominent people say & do everything with ulterior motives. Most aren’t fully committed to the America First movement. Many will undermine the movement for personal enrichment, others will try to high jack it. Each of them tries to steer in the direction most beneficial to themself.
You see this phenomenon play out with Musk and H1B visas/EV mandates, Shapiro and conflict with Iran, the other tech billionaires and rights of privacy/DoD contracts etc.
Who said thar people that move into government automatically turn into truthtellers that “cannot tell a lie”?
Governments always lie, constantly, about big things and little. Always and constantly. Battleship Maine, Gulf of Tonkin lie, WMDs in Iraq, Bibi insisting for 30 years that Iran was “days away” from having nukes, the War Between the States was fought to end slavery (Lincoln himself said it was because the U. S. had to continue collecting tarrfs on goods imported to the South, and fou slave states stayed in the Union), 21 former intelligence chiefs signing a letter insisting that Russian interference rigged the 2016 election to favor Trump, Roosevelt telling Congress that Pearl Harbor was a surprise attack, the Lusitania sinking, Biden won the 2020 election honestly fair and square (hahaha really), on and on it goes, without even listing a multitude of lesser lies.
