(The Epoch Times)—President Donald Trump, on July 12, called on his base of supporters not to waste their time and energy focusing on the details surrounding the late convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.
“What’s going on with my ‘boys’ and, in some cases, ’gals?’ They’re all going after Attorney General Pam Bondi, who is doing a FANTASTIC JOB!” Trump began a lengthy July 12 post on his Truth Social platform. “We’re on one Team, MAGA, and I don’t like what’s happening. We have a PERFECT Administration, THE TALK OF THE WORLD, and ’selfish people’ are trying to hurt it, all over a guy who never dies, Jeffrey Epstein.”
Trump authored the social media statement just days after the U.S. Department of Justice concluded Epstein took his own life and was not holding onto a “client list” of other sex offenders.
Epstein’s case has been the subject of intense online scrutiny for years, particularly after he died in federal custody in 2019 while awaiting prosecution on charges of engaging in a multi-year conspiracy to sex traffic minors.
Before the 2019 federal indictment, Epstein had pleaded guilty in a Florida state court in 2008 to charges of soliciting prostitution and procuring a minor for prostitution. He ultimately served 13 months in prison following his 2008 guilty plea.
At a July 8 Cabinet meeting, a reporter asked Bondi to address a claim that Epstein had been some form of intelligence community asset. She replied, “I have no knowledge about that. We can get back to you on that.”
During that Cabinet meeting, Bondi also said that a missing minute from a jail surveillance tape on the night Epstein died was a normal circumstance due to a technical glitch in the camera system.
Trump said his “so-called ‘friends’ are playing right into their hands,” referring to officials in previous administrations.
The president next suggested his supporters should have no concern that his political movement could be implicated in the Epstein case.
“If there was ANYTHING in there that could have hurt the MAGA Movement, why didn’t they use it?” he wrote, referring to the Epstein files.
Trump went on to say the Department of Justice and the FBI need to focus on “arresting Thugs and Criminals” and investigating claims of election tampering in 2020 and 2024 elections, “instead of spending month after month looking at nothing but the same old, Radical Left inspired Documents on Jeffrey Epstein.”
“Let Pam Bondi do her job — she’s great!” Trump added in all-caps.
After a lifetime affiliation with the Republican Party, I’ll now be voting for whichever 3rd party most closely represents my views. I voted for President Trump and donated 3 out of 3 times. I don’t take betrayal lightly.
I don’t take lightly the fact that you’re a fair-weather supporter. There’s no President greater than Trump in your lifetime, and only one or two could stand on the same stage.

To all you who are crushed by this cataclysmic event which changes the whole world and assures the total desecration of your inviolable political religion; So be a fickle, petulant, arrogant coward based upon the mountains of absolute truth, verfifiable facts and complete, unquestionable reality of the information you got from where? Anywhere? Indeed, how disappointing that all of the GOP leadership are not Gods. You expected that the replacement of the last, demonic, completely criminal, evil administration would consist of the Second Coming and a tranformation of the world back to the Garden of Eden? So is it that this unforgivable indescretion resulting in a loss of an opportunity to loathe a bunch of evil doers has torn it with you? Just sit down, stop life, and wait for the end of the world. In the mean time, you’ll get a better deal on your meds.

Human beings are far from perfect. I started voting in 1968. This administration is the best I’ve experienced in my lifetime. I suppose that since I don’t watch NBC, CBS, ABC, MSNBC, CNN, or Fox News, I must have missed all this misinformation for Naive and impatient Americans.
