(WND News Center)—Billionaire Elon Musk is jumping into the national debate over “fake” criminal justice reforms that allow repeat offenders back on the streets, as evinced in the recent Seattle horror of an elderly woman blinded in one eye, allegedly by a career criminal who bashed her face with metal spike embedded on a wooden board for no reason.
“The people funding fake ‘criminal justice reforms’ that result in severe harm or death of innocent people need to be held accountable!” Musk exclaimed Tuesday on X. “Name them and shame them.”
Musk shared commentary of a woman who eviscerated those in the legal profession for allowing the bloody incident to happen.
“A 75-year-old woman loses her eye because these damn judges and lawyers don’t do their f***ing jobs,” the woman says. “I’m telling you, we don’t hate Seattle enough.”
“When people asked around about this guy’s behavior, we learned that he had, again, multiple convictions including stabbing someone eight times.”
“This is just disgusting. This is something I never thought I would see here in America,” she continued. “What about these judges that keep releasing very violent criminals? When are they going to start paying the price for their actions? Because they’re killing people.
“These people that have been killed, this woman that lost her eye, it’s all their fault. How many more are gonna have to suffer because of these stupid decisions, because of this woke stupid agenda that, again, is literally killing people.”
The alleged perpetrator is Fale Vaigalepa Pea, 42, who had eight prior arrests in 2025 alone, all for violent and criminal behavior, and was continuously released.

Pea is now charged with first-degree assault and has a competency hearing set for later this month.
His victim is Jeanette Marken, who is now permanently blind in one eye, with a shattered cheekbone and broken nose.
