Marvin Morales-Ortez, an illegal alien from El Salvador, was arrested in Virginia for murder just ONE DAY after being released from prison for previous crimes.
He had an ICE detainer filed, but Reston, VA, authorities were eager to get him back on the streets so he wouldn’t get deported. He couldn’t make it 24-hours before allegedly striking again.
