Miriam Shaw is the host of “Moms on a Mission.” Growing up as a pastor’s daughter, she was instilled with strong Biblical values and a deep respect for education and hard work. Miriam graduated from Oral Roberts University and had a brief career in behavioral health before transitioning to pharmaceutical sales, where she became a top representative. Later, she joined her family’s real estate business, Shaw Homes, as a highly successful salesperson.

In the fall of 2021, Miriam met Julie Woolslayer at a school board meeting, discovering their shared mission for truth and advocacy. Together, they have been active in local school board and city council races, advocating for curriculum transparency and medical freedom for students. Miriam and Julie have also worked with city councilors to revoke a city-wide mask mandate and oppose the implementation of the Office of Independent Monitoring, supporting their local police department.
